Terms and Conditions

  • I am allowed to decline or cancel and refund the commission at any time

  • Commissions are for personal use only, additional rights must be purchased

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, promote myself and stream/record the process

  • You may not alter the artwork, trace it or claim it as your own work

  • You may post the artwork, but you have to credit me

  • There are no refunds after I've started working on your commission

  • You get up to 3 rounds of changes, while major changes can only be made during the sketch phase

  • Changes that require me to go back to a previous phase or changes to things that were previously approved will usually come with a fee

Prices and Payment

  • Prices are base prices and may increase depending on complexity of the artwork

  • Additional characters cost 80% of the commissions base price

  • A Design Fee may be added if there's vague description or no visual reference

  • Prices and payment are in Euro

  • Full payment is required upfront, you will recieve a paypal invoice

  • Upon payment you agree to my terms and conditions

What you get

  • The full-resolution digital artwork in .png format (other formats are possible as well)

  • One additional image with transparent background (only non-sketch commissions)

  • The format will differ depending on commission type, I usually use 1:1 or A4 (you may specify a prefered format)

How to Order

Message me on social media or mail me at [email protected] with the subject "Commission_[YourName/Alias]" including the following information (feel free to use this as a form):- Name : [Your name]
- Paypal Email : [The mail adress I will send the Paypal invoice to]
- Social Media Handles : [Optional; tell me your social media handles so I can link you if I upload your commission]
- Commission Type : [Choose a listed commission type and tell me if you want to add a background]
- Number of Characters : [How many characters do you want in this artwork?]
- Description : [Describe your commission as good as you can! Tell me about the character, clothing, pose, expression, perspective and so on]
- Additional Information : [Tell me anything else I need to know, like if you want a specific canvas format or if you want to keep the commission confidential]
- References : [Please add visual references for the character, pose, color palette, etc.! Reference is especially needed for original characters]

The Process

- After accepting your order you will be put on a waiting list
- I'll ask you for the full payment per Paypal invoice once it's your commissions turn
- When your payment is confirmed I'll start working on your commission (should your payment take longer then 24h you won't lose your slot, but I will pull up the next person in line)
- You will recieve a rough sketch of your commission (this is where you can still make major changes)
- After the approval you'll get a WIP at the end of every stage of the artwork for adjustments and minor changes
- And your commission is done! (you recieve the full-res artwork)Note: Commissions are usually done within 1-2 weeks after I start but may take as much as a month depending on my circumstances (I will of course inform you about delays)▸Feel free to message me on social media if you have any questions!◂
